Global provider of sustainable logistics space, Gazeley, has appointed Gwyn Stubbings to the newly created position of Planning Manager.

In his new role Gwyn will assist Planning Director, Don Morgan, in managing the planning process for the pipeline of future Gazeley developments, taking proposals and planning applications forward. His remit will also cover Gazeley’s latest acquisitions including sites such as Meir in Stoke-on-Trent and Crick in Northamptonshire, alongside other sustainable warehouses within Gazeley’s portfolio.

Commenting on the new appointment, Nick Redwood, UK Managing Director at Gazeley, said, “We are continuing to look for new growth opportunities to broaden our portfolio and better serve our customers. In particular, we are committed to delivering responsible growth which takes into consideration the needs and concerns of each local community around our sites. Smart planning is crucial to meeting these goals, and we look forward to working with Gwyn to drive this aspect of the business forward.”

Gwyn joins Gazeley with a wealth of planning expertise, bolstered by over ten years experience in the industry. Most recently he was Planning Manager at AWG Property Limited, where he was involved in procuring planning permissions and adding value through development opportunities.
