Gazeley granted planning permission for G.Park Bristol and G.Park Strood
Gazeley is pleased to announce it has been granted detailed planning permission on two of its key sites, G.Park Bristol and G.Park Strood in Kent.
G.Park Bristol is one of a very small number of sites in the area to have been granted detailed planning permission, placing it in the position of being immediately ready to develop. Permission has been granted on the 8020 site, located in the South West's premier logistics location, with direct access to 80% of the UK within 4.5 hours. It will offer potential customers a build-to-suit opportunity for a single 250,000 sq ft unit on the 13 acre site.
In the Kent area G. Park Stood will offer a build-to-suit opportunity for a single warehouse up to 275,000 sq ft located at junction 2 of the M2. This development will result in the relocation of the existing BOC facility to allow new and improved access to the site.
Having started the year with two major deals at G.Park Crick and G.Park Dagenham, the news places Gazeley in a strong position for 2010 to continue investing in and developing key sites across strategic positions in the UK.
