45,000 sq m built-to-suit for tenant LOGISTEC, a 100 % subsidiary of Zufall logistics group for which Gazeley have developed four warehouses at other locations in Germany.

Handover of the first 35,700 sq m areas (cells I, II and III as seen from the left) in warehouse I took place in April 2009, well ahead of the time programme.

Cell IV comprising 10,000 sq m is fully let to an automotive supplier.

Furthermore, after completion of the warehouse II on the adjacent site LOGISTEC occupied two more cells comprising 9,200 sq m.

G.Park Karlsruhe / Kandel comprises a total of 65,000 sq m and is fully let.
