50,000 sq m buit-to-suit project for tenant Logistec, a 100 % subsidiary of Zufalls logistics group for which Gazeley have developed four warehouses at other locations in Germany.

Logistec occupy three cells in warehouse 1, totalling 35,700 sq m, and three cells in warehouse 2 opposite, comprising 13,900 sq m.

G.Park Karlsruhe / Kandel is fully occupied, with the reamining cells being let on a long-term basis to two automotive suppliers.
