On a plot located near the A 65 motorway (Mannheim-Karlsruhe) Gazeley has developed a built-to-suit warehouse comprising 4 cells of 42,630 m² logistics space plus 3,175 m² mezzanine. The office area has 1,240 m². The courtyard area offers 140 car parkings plus 15 HGV parkings.

Cell I, II and III were handed over to the tenant LOGISTEC in April 2009. Cell IV of warehouse 1 is fully rented to a big automotive supplier.

The plot directly adjacent to this built-to-suit warehouse will be developed by Gazeley as a build-to-suit warehouse and can accomodate sheds of up to 20,000sq m size. For more details please refer to our category "Buildings to let".
